Day 1

· Oatmeal- Cooked oatmeal can be mashed or pureed to make a soft finger food for baby.

· Soft-boiled egg yolks,Soft-boiled egg yolks can be mashed

· Banana ,mashed ripe banana

Day 2

· Avocado mashed avocado

· Cooked sweet potato peeled & cooked sweet potatoes can be mashed

· Cottage cheese mashed cottage cheese

Day 3

· Cooked carrots peeled and cooked carrots can be mashed

· Cooked green beans steamed & mashed green beans

· Cooked chicken & shredded chicken

Day 4

· Cooked quinoa cooked and mashed quinoa

· Cooked zucchini peeled & cooked zucchini can be mashed

· Cooked turkey & shredded turkey

Day 5

· Cooked peas steamed & mashed peas

· Cooked pear peeled & cooked pear can be mashed

· Cooked fish or flaked fish

Day 6

· Cooked brown rice & mashed brown rice

· Cooked broccoli or steamed and mashed broccoli

· Cooked & shredded pork

Day 7

· Cooked lentils & mashed lentils

· Cooked applesauce homemade or store-bought applesauce

· Cooked & shredded beef

It’s important to note that all the above are suggestions and you should always check with your pediatrician before introducing any new foods to your baby. Also, make sure to watch for any signs of allergies when introducing new foods.
